HR Business Partner / Senior HR Consultant
This engagement provides hands-on HR leadership across key areas, including employee relations and conflict resolution, talent management, HR policy development, leadership training, and compensation and benefits consulting.
Option 03
Fractional HR Executive
This engagement provides a part-time or project-based Chief People Officer for clients who need strategic leadership and high-level decision-making support. Scope may include strategic HR planning, executive coaching and advisory, organizational design and development, mergers and acquisitions, HR due diligence, and Board and executive team reporting.
Note: Tailored packages and pricing are available based on project complexity, with travel expenses billed separately at cost. Payment is due within 15 days of invoicing. Project-based work may require an upfront deposit, and volume discounts are available for long-term or high-volume engagements.
